PRODUCTS AND RETURNS

• How do I get information about a product?
Carefully read the product details before buying, if you have other questions email us at wecare@italianbox.com  or call via Skype!

• How much time do I have to return merchandise?
We recommend you carefull inspect the package before accepting it from the currier.  Do not accept it if it shows signs of serious damage.  Otherwise, you have 10 days from delivery in the event of cancellation of the order and 7 working days from delivery in case of exterior or hidden damage to the goods.

• How do I return products if I am are not satisfied?
Italian Promotions Ltd cares about your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it and receive the refund of the price paid for the merchandise.  
Please contact our customer service at wecare@italianbox.com to receive return instractions within 10 days from the date of delivery of your order.  Remember to provide the order reference number and a short description of the merchandise you want to return as well as the reason for your return.
Italian Promotions reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or returned late, or if merchandise returned shows signs of usage. 

• What is the time for repair or replacement of a product?
Time of replacement or repair depends on the merchandise.  To receive more specific information write to wecare@italianbox.com.

• Who pays return shipping?
Italianbox.com will be responsible for shipment of damaged or deffective merchandise.  Shippment of all other returns will be paid buy the customers.

• How do I find a product on the site?
You can search the site by using the search functionality available at the top of each page.  You can narrow your search by price category or by the region.  You can also browse the selections by merchandise categories and sub categories that appear on the left of each page.  

• How can I get information about a product? 
All product information is available on the product page.  For any additional information please contact commerciale@italianbox.com

• Can I be notified when a product becomes available?
All products shown on the web site are readily available, except for those marked "custom".  "Custom" products are made to order and require greater delivery time.   "Limited Edition" products are available until the inventory lasts.
 
• Why can not I see the card of a product?
This may be a temporary inconvinience due to the product update.  Please t
ry to update the page.  Should the information not appear, please contract Customer Care at wecare@italianbox.com specifying the product you are interested in and we will send you full information.
