Payment by card
Italian Promotions Ltd accepts all major credit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you use a prepaid card, remember to keep it after the purchase, as you may need it for a possible refund.
Italianbox.com uses the most advanced technological systems and encryption (SSL) for all purchases to assure maximum security.
Payment by PayPal
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, clicking on CONCLUDE YOUR ORDER in the Order Confirmation page will open a PayPal login page, where you can enter your account information and conclude your payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, without interrupting your purchase.
Payment by Bank Wire Transfer
To pay by bank wire transfer please make a transfer to the account of Italian Promotions SRL at RM 14 Ag of Banca delle Marche, Viale Trastevere (Rome) IBAN - IT82 U060 55 03 2160 0000 0001 187 (NOTE: include your order number in the wire transfer description). Send copy of the wire transfer receipt by fax: +39 06 58 96 018 or via email to amministrazione@italianbox.com.
Payment Date
For orders paid by credit card or by PayPal, Italian Promotions Ltd will debit your purchase at the time of order.
For payments by bank transfer, debit date will be the date of execution of the transfer.
Invoice and VAT
If you wish to receive a fiscal invoice, respond Yes to the 'Wish to receive the invoice? " and enter your Name, VAT and billing address. This address could be different from your shipping address.
VAT is included in the price of every item sold on this web site.
Refund on card
Once your returned goods are received by the Italian Promotions Ltd, and we verified that all return requirements have been met, we will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of return.
The refund will be made on the date of accepting the return and to the same credit card used for purchase.
The time it will take to process the credit depends exclusively on the institution that issued the card.
Refund on Paypal
Once your returned goods are received by the Italian Promotions Ltd, and we verified that all return requirements have been met, we will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of return.
The refund will be credited to your PayPal account immediately after the acceptance and will be visible right away.
Refund with a wire transfer
If your orifinal payment was made with a wire transfer, at the time of requesting return and refund, please provide us with your bank wiring instructions. Once your returned goods are received by the Italian Promotions Ltd, and we verified that all return requirements are met, we will send the money to your account immediately.
