The Quality Board has been created in order to develop individual product selection criteria such as product Italian origin authenticity, originality, creativity, innovation, usability, durability, etc, recommend quality manufacturers, artisants and artists as well as evaluate all product sampless submitted.

WHEN YOU FIND THE LABEL "QUALITY BOARD" ON A SINGLE PRODUCT MEANS THAT THE COMMITTEE HAS CHOSEN THAT AS PRODUCT OF THE MONTH.

Angelo Gangemi - CANALE GOURMET
Angelo Gangemi was born in Rome in 1968. Since the beginning of his career, he has put all his efforts into his great passion: cooking. He started working as a chef in high luxury foreign and Italian hotels from early on. He moved to France first, where he learned most of his skills, especially those regarding staff co-ordination and cooking techniques. Then he decided to move back to Italy, first to Rome and then Milan. During his years of training he met Mauro Moia, with whom he currently works at the Grand hotel et de Milan and whom he appointed head of operations in his kitchen.

Ines Musumeci Greco has been an art collector and a promoter since early '80s. Since then she has created an extensive network of relationships among art collectors and galleries around the world. Well respected by artists and clients she stimulates frequently interacts within the Italian artist communicty facilitating ongoing exchange of ideas.
Prof. Dott. Steven Paul Nisticò, PHD - BEAUTY&CARE
Prof. Nisticò earned his degree in Medicine and Surgery (110/110 cum laude) at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Roma in 1997, specializing in Dermatology and Venereology. He is currently a practicing doctor at the I.D.I. IRCCS-Roma, a Visiting scientist at the Miami University and a consulting specialist at the Policlinico Universitario di Tor (RM). Author of numerous publications in the field of biology, clinical and therapeutic dermatology and speaker at national and international conferences in the field of dermatology, aesthetic medicine and wellness, sports medicine and rehabilitation and of 'anti-aging. Researcher, Member of the Organizing Committee of the Master in Plastic Dermatology, Professor of the Master Degree in Sports Science, and Associate Professor of Dermatology at the 'University of Rome Tor Vergata. Research Fellow at the Wolfson Institute for Biomedical Research, University College London.
