Return Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If, for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on the http://www.italianbox.com/, you can return them following the procedures outlined bellow:
Send an email to wecare@italianbox.it indicating the order number and the reason for return. We will respond to you with return authorization and the instructions for shipping.
Returns Rules and Considitons:
- Inspect carefully the box before accepting it from the shipping company (UPS). Should you see any external damangees to the box, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipping.
- In the event of external or internal damages to the product you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it to us. We will arrange for the return shipping and will pay for the cost of it.
- If you simply do not like the merchandise received, you can return it within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping. In such case Italianbox will not be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- The purchased items must be returned in the original conditions with all tags and lables attached (except for damages reported at the time of receipt, as indicated above).
- Return shipping is accepted from the country where the original order was placed.
Remember to send us an email at wecare@italianbox.com to obtain the returns authorization before shipping the merchandise back.
Warning: Returned have to follow the directions above in order to be accepted. Please read them carefully to directions to save time and effort!
Time to receive your refund:
After we receive your returned goods and checked that all return requirements have been met, we will send you a return acceptance e-mail.
The refund time depends on the method of payment:
- For purchase made with a credit card: we refund the money immediately. Your banking institution applies their rules as to time required to post the refun on your credit card / debit card.
- For purchase via PayPal refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual repayment of the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
