Il Misto Funghi dal Fresco, i Carciofini Nostrani, le Patate Rosse di Montagna, la Zucca Gialla, la Vecchia Giardiniera di Verdure, il Fagottino di Melanzane are not mere food in oil (“sott’oli”), but masterpieces of fantasy, gastronomic research and tradition. The Delicacies are realized only with the fresh vegetables in season. Our products in olive oil do not contain any additives, they are absolutely natural and traditional, containing no chemical adjustments at all. Specialties of the highest quality products are exclusively made with fresh products, only in harmoniously tasting extra virgin olive oil.

Il Misto Funghi dal Fresco, here you have oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms and pioppini, enriched with a little wine vinegar and herbs and then dipped in extra virgin olive oil. Their fragrance is remarkable, especially if compared to the slimy appearance of mushrooms usually kept in brine. A sensation of compactness and solidity to the palate are guaranteed.
I Carciofini Nostrani, the peculiarity of this artichokes is that they have neither thorns nor duvet. They stay cool and turgid throughout the storage period. They look good in the pot thanks to the preservationof natural colours.
Le Patate Rosse di Montagna, the fine cut makes it a fine show in the jar. Great taste and fragrance.
La Zucca Gialla, yellow pumpkin has an attractive chromatic effect because of the add of spices. The procedure designed for this product keeps it constantly steady and turgid.  
La Vecchia Giardiniera di Verdure,  this beautiful colour is obtained by the short cooking time and also by the special treatment given to each ingredient. Indeed, the very peculiarity of this product is that each ingredient is treated individually with different cooking methods depending on the size of the pieces, the delicacy and the free water. This makes it an extraordinary“giardiniera” (pickled vegetables), far from ordinary ones.
Il Fagottino di Melanzane, rolls filled with cereals, legumes and vegetables and kept in a jar. The harmony of its taste creates a fancy snack.  

SUGGESTION
Il Misto Funghi dal Fresco, they are delicious as starters or extra meals, side dishes, fillings for sandwiches or flat bread, or just as an appetizer.
I Carciofini Nostrani, as an appetizer they can be served alone in non-alcoholic aperitifs or with vegetables. They’re great as a side dish, such as salads, used in small portion on some pasta dishes, or together with meat dishes.
le Patate Rosse di Montagna, surprising delicacy also enjoyable with a prosecco. Very good if combined with cheese. Intriguing as an appetizer.
La Zucca Gialla, it is enjoyable alone or in combination with any appetizer. Excellent as a side dish, especially if combined with a good Prosecco.
La Vecchia Giardiniera di Verdure, it is a wonderful revisited “giardiniera” filled with special extra virgin olive oil. Tasty as an appetizer and and good to fill sandwiches. Excellent with a prosecco.
Il Fagottino di Melanzane, rich and biting in its flavour, delicious at anytime, for a snack or drink. Very suitable as a starter.
