Ingredients: pitted black olives 83%, extra virgin olive oil, spices.
Pestato di Peperoni freschi.
Ingredients: red and yellow peppers 73%, extra virgin olive oil, green onion, Grana cheese, spices.
Pestato di Zucchine e Zafferano.
Ingredients: marrows 66%, extra virgin olive oil, Grana cheese, nuts, pine seeds, saffron, spices. 
Pestato per la Bruschetta.
Igredients: dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, green onion, almonds, fresh tomatoes, aubergine, olives, marrows, Grana cheese, Pecorino cheese, basil, spices.
Pestato del Vegetariano.
Ingredients: aubergine, marrows, extra virgin olive oil, celery, peas, carrots, Grana cheese, broccoli, capers, green olives, spices.
Pestato di Mare. 
Ingredients: dried salted codfish, rucola, exra virgin olive oil, tuna, basil, Grana cheese, parsley, anchovies, capers, onion, spices.

SUGGESTIONS
Pestato di Olive Nere Leccino, very good in sandwiches, on canapé, toasts, to fill fish and with meat cooked in oven or on coals; to be whipped with extravirgin olive oil as a seasoning on pasta.
Pestato di Peperoni freschi, this paste is suitable for unusual canapé and as a filling of sandwiches. It’s fancy on hot canapé, macaroni or risottos.
Pestato di Zucchine e Zafferano, sublime sauce for first course and risottos. Tasteful on canapé and appetizers, for the marked flavour given by saffron.
Pestato per la Bruschetta, this sauce is created mostly to be spread on toasted bread, both hot and cold ones, on canapé, in sandwiches and on toasts for appetizers.
Pestato del Vegetariano, several vegetables are fried lightly together with aromatich erbs and black & green olives paste. This Pestato is perfect on aromatic bread, toasted bread, roasted fish and meat, or as a sauceon first dishes.
Pestato di Mare, this sauce inspires to classic pesto, therefore is perfecton first courses, such as risottos, or original fillings. Excellent with second courses based on fish, especially blue fish, or sea-food starters.
