Gentile from Chieti, Crognalegno, Leccino, Cucco.
Bright green with golden reflection, to the palate it’s fresh and surrounding, with sweet harmony and scent of basils and Rosemary at the end.
TANDEM 500 ml - Decidedly fruity taste.
Gentile from Chieti, Peranzana, Nociara.
Vivid green, strong to the palate, full-bodied on the tongue, long-persistent and ending with slightly bitter tracks.
"SOLO" GENTILE DI CHIETI 250 ml - Fruity sweet taste.
Cultivar Gentile from Chieti 100%
Bright green with golden reflection, to the palate it is fresh and surrounding, with a sweetness in harmony with classical spicy flavours tracks.
TERRE DELL'ABBAZIA 750 ml - Light fruity taste.
Gentile from Chieti, Cucco, Leccino Olivastra, Crognalegno, and Ascoli Straight.
Pale green with yellow nuances, slightly fruity and grass-like, focuses the taste on sweet flavour and balsamic fragrances.

SUGGESTIONS
OPERA MASTRA, the oil can be served atany time during the meal. Perfect to enrichall the first courses. Must try on sea-food salads, grilled fish, meat tartares and vegetables salads. 
TANDEM, to be poured on strong meals, tomato sauces and wheat soups. Excellent for lentils and beans soups, very good on grilled meats and cooked vegetables suitable for chilli.
"SOLO" GENTILE DI CHIETI, the oil can be served at any time during the meal, especially raw. It’s a good match to first course and all pasta and rice dishes. Must try on rawmeats, for example on tartares or mixed grills. 
TERRE DELL'ABBAZIA, nice on uncooked and boiled food, very good on caprese salad, “pinzimonio”and cooked vegetables. It’s among the best extra virgin olive oil used in pastry.
