QUICK DESCRIPTION The Brolo is produced on the shores of Lake Garda, in Lombardy, mainly from Casaliva cultivars. Mild scent of grass and green olive. In Ferrandina, Basilicata is produced Oroverde Lucano mainly with Majatica native variety. Scent of green olives and freshly cut grass, the strong flavor of vegetables and green apple, sweet prevalence. Basiricò: this DOP is produced in Trapani, Sicily, oil from local varieties and Cerasuola Nocellara Belice. Aroma of grass, peppers and green tomatoes, the light taste of fresh tomatoes, slightly sour and spicy. Cericola is an oil produced in the province of Foggia, in Apulia, mainly from Peranzana cultivars. Decided hint of green olive and grass, herbaceous taste with fruity flavors of vegetables such as beets and celery. Fruity with a slight prevalence of sweet and spicy.
