From February 5 to 7 returns "Identità Golose. Congress of Italian cuisine d'auteur ", for experts and lovers of food and wine sector, already in its eighth edition. From February 4 to 6 will be also inaugurated "Milano Food & Wine Festival", which opens its doors to the general public for wine tasting and food quality.
At "Identità Golose", international fame chefs will gather from around the world. Just to name few: Gaston Arcuri, Cristina Bowerman and Frederic Bau.
In both events there will be a careful selection of raw materials, ingredients and location of products, not only for traditional and innovative recipes, but also for vegan or vegetarian recipes, and more.
