The Principality of Monaco will host an event to promote the process of internationalization of the food chain on February 2012 from 10 to 12 at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo. At Monte Carlo Food & Wine Festival 2012 the Italian producers will have the opportunity to present themselves in an international context, developing relationships with operators and professionals in the world of wine and food tourism, through moments of discussion and reflection on issues of industry. Festival tasting and cultural events, interesting workshops and the creation of the Wine & Art Gallery art to combine the wine favoring the enhancement of local products in an international framework, combining the social recovery of territorial identity.
