Art. 13 Legislative Decree n. 196/2003
Italian Promotions SRL., with headquarters and offices in Rome (Italy), carries out the selection of personnel according to applicable laws and in compliance with Legislative Decree No 196/2003).
- Italian Promotions Ltd is the guarantor of personal data it processes according voluntary adherence of all interested parties according to the rules described bellow.
- In accordance with the decree mentioned above, Italian Promotions SRL processes data voluntarily provided solely for the purposes of selection of its personnel and of related and necessary evaluations for its own benefit or of that of related companies. It will not be responsible for the data not requested.
- The data is processed and managed in the electronic format according to the procedures and for the purposes mentioned above.
- Data is provided on a voluntary basis, any error or misleading information will result in the exclusion of the candidate
- The data will be processed by the Secretary, the CEO, the director of human resources, as well as other interested persons in charge of selecting the candidate (managers, consultants, collaborators). Your data will not be disclosed to other parties for any motive.
